Following the presentation of the Mi 11th generation flagship smartphones, the Chinese manufacturer immediately rolled out their more affordable versions with the Lite prefix - Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Lite 5G and Mi 11 Lite 5G NE. All 3 have many small, but not too critical simplifications in comparison with the original and are positioned as such flagships for young people who are not particularly eager to give their last money for a conditional iPhone.

The regular Xiaomi 11 Lite and the version with the 5G prefix differ only in the presence of a 5G receiver. Both are equipped with 6.55-inch AMOLED screens with a resolution of 2400 × 1080. The display has a refresh rate of 90 Hz, supports 10-bit TrueColor technology and is friendly with HDR 10+. The brain of the device is a Snapdragon 780G 5G processor with 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Unlike the original Mi 11, the internal storage can be expanded with a microSD memory card. The camera is traditionally equipped with three sensors of different types: the main 64 MP + 8 MP wide + 5 MP telemacro. The camera can shoot in 4K, and experts from DXOMARK rated it at 111 points.

The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE device received a different processor - Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G instead of the Snapdragon 780G chip. As for other specifications, they remained the same. Like the regular Xiaomi 11 Lite, there is a cutout for the front camera (20 MP resolution) in the left corner of the screen. In addition, the smartphone is equipped with a biometric scanner built into the power button, an NFC chip, an infrared port and a Wi-Fi 6-enabled receiver. Fast charging Quick Charge 4.0 has a power of 33 watts.
