AM stations are mostly “talking” ones. Anyway, the tuner control programme usually allows you to perform manual and automatic tuning, store stations in memory and receive RDS signals. Note that some devices require wired headphones for reliable reception — the cable plays the role of an antenna; sound can also be heard through the speaker.
