— models with good protection from shocks and falls, dust and moisture, and other negative environmental factors. Such protection allows the use of such devices in extreme conditions, where an ordinary smartphone has very little chance of “surviving”. This category includes the so-called vandal-proof devices in a waterproof and shockproof design. Many of them are awarded a protection certificate by the requirements of the American military standard MIL-STD-810 (see the corresponding paragraph).
