The chipset has been produced using TSMC's 4nm process since the end of 2023.The processor architecture is made according to the “1 + 3 + 4” scheme: one high-performance core with a clock frequency of 2.63 GHz, three productive cores (2.4 GHz each) and four energy-efficient ones (1.8 GHz each). An important component of the mobile platform is the Hexagon NPU neural coprocessor, which significantly speeds up the work of artificial intelligence tasks. The SoC supports Sensing Hub technology, which allows the smartphone to better perceive voice commands and the surrounding environment. Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 supports screens up to 4K / 60 Hz and Full HD+ / 168 Hz. The built-in Spectra ISP supports cameras up to 200 MP. The Snapdragon X63 5G modem, which provides download speeds of up to 5 Gbps, is responsible for the mobile communications capabilities of the chip. In addition, the processor has acquired support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth v 5.3 communications.
