— the presence of at least one DVI-I video connector in the graphics card (the actual maximum for today is three such outputs).DVI in general is a video interface designed primarily for the digital transmission of video signals to LCD monitors and other similar displays. However, for compatibility with earlier standards, it also provided the possibility of analog signal transmission. DVI-I is a combined version that can work with both analog and digital video formats. In analog format, the signal from such an output has the same parameters as VGA (including the maximum resolution up to 1280x1024), and VGA monitors can even be connected to DVI-I through a simple adapter. In digital format, the maximum resolution can be 1920x1200 or 2560x1600 (depending on the version of the interface – Single Link or Dual Link, respectively), and through an adapter, such a signal can also be output to HDMI devices. For details on the "digital" part of this interface, see "DVI-D".
