In recent years, Dell has blurred the term "professional monitor" as much as possible and achieved impressive versatility. Managers and entrepreneurs should be attracted by advanced ergonomics (flexible stand, power delivery, etc.), a whole range of measures to protect eyesight and support for extremely useful things like a display manager with Easy Arrange function. Well, for working with graphics, Series P monitors are equipped with high-end IPS matrices with increased resolution and natural color reproduction (note: most often 99% sRGB coverage).

In 90% of cases, IPS-type matrices are used in models of this series, which occasionally dilute TN + film and VA models. Additional equipment of Dell P monitors usually includes a USB hub, fast charging, built-in speakers and an ergonomic stand with which the monitor can be adjusted in height or rotated along the axis, turning it into portrait mode. Connection ports are most often made according to the "HDMI + DisplayPort" or "HDMI + DisplayPort + USB-C" scheme. Together with the monitor drivers, the user can download the Display Manager utility, the toolkit of which allows you to configure one or more work screens with fixed windows of the necessary applications.

Perhaps the best example of this line is the Dell P3222QE monitor released in 2021. This is a fairly massive 32-inch IPS monitor that can display a picture in 4K resolution with 99% coverage of the SRGB color triangle and an advanced ComfortView Plus filter. It is equipped with a USB-C pass-through port with the ability to simultaneously charge and transfer images, as well as a LAN port that is not quite typical for such products with the ability to pass-through MAC address, Wake-on-LAN support. Add a USB hub with a flexibly adjustable stand and you have an interesting example of a modern professional display that is a pleasure to work with both data and visual content.
