The model has a slightly non-standard physical diagonal size of 25" (63.5 cm), which at a Quad HD resolution (2560x1440) provides a high pixel density of 117 ppi or 46 pixels / cm.

Thus, due to the small pixel pitch (0.216 mm), the image is highly detailed. The Dell U2518D monitor uses a full-fledged 8-bit IPS-matrix with Flicker-Free white LED backlighting. It is capable of high brightness up to 350 cd/m2, a nominal static contrast ratio of 1000:1 and vertical/horizontal viewing angles of 178 degrees. All monitors of this model are carefully factory calibrated and are ready to provide the correct colour reproduction right out of the box.

And thanks to the fast response time of the sensor, which is equal to 5 ms GtG, this model shows high-quality and without blurring fast movement in action films and computer games. The monitor is equipped with a functional and ergonomic stand that allows you not only to fine-tune the position of the screen relative to the user in height and angle, but also to change its orientation from landscape to portrait. Two DisplayPort connectors are provided for connection, one each for miniDisplayPort and HDMI. Additionally, there is a 4-port USB 3.0 HUB, with which you can connect peripherals.
