Until recently, OnePlus' portfolio had a clear hierarchy of smartphones - two numbered versions of "flagship killers" were released per year: regular and Pro, which could later receive an update with the letter T in the name. Then the range of the brand was expanded with the Nord medium line. Something in between these series is the smartphones of the OnePlus Ace family, stepping on the heels of the tops of the mobile industry.

The first swallow from the OnePlus Ace league was introduced in 2022. With its large 120Hz high refresh rate OLED screen, powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset, OIS triple camera and 150W fast charging, the smartphone wowed the hearts of the audience. The Pro version of the model even got the flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The same chipset is installed in the second generation of OnePlus Ace, which already uses a colorful AMOLED panel with a high resolution of 2772x1240 pixels.

Smartphones of the line fall short of the title of true flagships just a little. They lack only premium materials of manufacture and moisture protection of the case. On other points, the models of the series deserve exceptional praise. Here you will find an under-screen fingerprint scanner, and a lot of fast RAM (from 8 GB in the basic configuration), and dual-band Wi-Fi 6. The cherry on the cake is the cute design of the smartphones of the line and a non-trivial approach to the design of their rear camera unit.
