After the release of the Aorus line, the Gigabyte Gaming family was destined to play the role not so much of the star of the exhibition stands, but of a reliable hard worker who would pull out a very performant game assembly on his own shoulders, practically without breaking a sweat. Usually, such motherboards are bought when you do not fully understand whether you need additional connectors for LED strips, dual BIOS, USB-C ports with Thunderbolt interface or additional temperature sensors. Thanks to its old-fashioned approach to the design of Gigabyte motherboards, they free you from unnecessary torments of choice.

Quality and reliability are at the forefront of this line: even low-cost models for more than $ 100 are equipped with high-quality batteries with efficient cooling, and the layout allows you to install a performant 8–core processor, a modern graphics card and 3 – 4 RAM bars in the case, as well as create a disk array of several SSDs and HDD.

Most often, representatives of this series belong to the classic ATX form factor, designed for installation in a full-size case. Gigabyte Gaming micro-ATX cards are in the minority. In the role of the brains of the system, both mid-range chipsets like AMD B550 and high-level variants of the Intel Z590 caliber are equally used. Additional features of Gigabyte Gaming boards are limited to a simple backlight, M.2 radiators and support for CrossFire mode.
