NVIDIA's 2022 flagship graphics card from the all-new RTX 40XX lineup (Ada Lovelace architecture). Unlike its predecessors, DLSS 3.0 does not just draw pixels in existing frames, but also independently generates entire intermediate frames. By integrating products such as Nvidia Broadcast and Nvidia Studio, it should be of interest to streamers and visual content professionals. Gigabyte's RTX 4090 version features a redesigned PCB and a new cooling system (3 fans + heatsink + heatpipes) with support for semi-passive operation. The logo and fan blades are adorned with subtle backlighting. A metal backplate on the back of the case prevents the PCB from bending. The presence of 4 video outputs (HDMI + 3 DisplayPort) makes it possible to simultaneously display a picture in 4K / 8K immediately on 4 monitors. The payoff for high performance is increased power consumption, so for correct operation, the manufacturer recommends installing it in a PC with a power supply unit with a capacity of at least 1000 W.
