Accurately for its own 30th anniversary, Garmin has released a new and somewhat exotic series of watches called MARQ. In fact, they are built on the basis of the same titanium MARQ watch with a 1.2-inch transflective display familiar to Garmin, a built-in GPS tracker, an NFC, a set of sensors (heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor, blood oxygen) and an advanced personal trainer.

So what's so special about them? And the fact that on the basis of this same MARQ watch, Garmin engineers made 5 diverse variations with different functionality. In particular, the line includes watches for pilots, drivers, military, travelers and golf fans. In fact, each model is a cross-section of all the most interesting developments that Garmin has released in its Approach, Instinct, Tactix, Fenix and other smartwatches. Many of them are even visually similar to emphasize heredity.

For the same Garmin MARQ Golfer, the dial with the map of the golf course is taken directly from the Garmin Approach S40 and S60 watches. MARQ Athlete watches can report running dynamics like some of the Fenix and Forerunner series. Made specifically for the military, the MARQ Commander features a skydiving altimeter and topographic maps in the best tradition of the Garmin Tactix Delta line. And in MARQ Aviator, the user is waiting for airport maps, Nexrad weather radar and the ability to simultaneously display the time in several time zones, as in models of the Tactix Charlie series.
