Often perceived as cheap and low quality material, however, in the case of smartwatches, this is fundamentally wrong. Plastic is actually relatively inexpensive, but its strength and overall quality can be very high, they directly depend on the price category of the gadget; some advanced varieties of plastic are as reliable as metals. At the same time, such a body can be easily given any shape and colour, it does not cool the hand, it normally tolerates contact with water and temperature changes. Plastic weighs relatively little, but this point is ambiguous — some users, on the contrary, appreciate massive and heavy devices.
