A line of low-cost feature phones from Sigma mobile, designed for older users who value simplicity, affordability and convenience in everyday use. A distinctive feature of Comfort phones has become a separate SOS button, when pressed, the phone makes emergency calls to selected contacts. Most importantly, the SOS button works even with the screen locked.

For simplicity, the range of the Comfort 50 series can be divided into 3 groups. The first will include classic push-button tubes with a minimum of bells and whistles and a compact colour display with low resolution. Their additional features are usually limited to a flashlight, an FM receiver and a simple camera with a resolution of 0.3 MP. Mz communication modules have only a Bluetooth receiver, and the good old microUSB port is used for connection.

The second group includes pushbuttons similar in principle, but already at a higher level. As a rule, they install more massive and high-quality displays (for example, 3.5 inches with a resolution of 480x320), on which text and images are better visible. And additional features may include a second SIM tray, a separate memory card slot, an advanced contact manager, and a waterproof housing. This group includes Sigma Comfort 50 Solo, Optima and Outdoor phones.

In the third least numerous category, push-button flip phones go. In terms of their capabilities, they do not differ much from the phones mentioned above, however, due to the peculiarities of the form factor, they can be equipped with an auxiliary display for displaying notifications about calls, messages and the current time.
