Thus, Super Clear TFT has significantly lower power consumption when displaying light colours (which is very important, given the popularity of light backgrounds on the Internet and text editors), and also provides a clearer image, which is especially noticeable on small fonts. At the same time, such displays are cheaper and easier to manufacture. Although the colour reproduction quality is high, it still loses a little to Super AMOLED.
