Super AMOLED+

— an improved version of Super AMOLED technology. The main difference is the colour layout of the matrix: instead of the RGBG scheme using two subpixels, Super AMOLED + uses the classic RGB, as in conventional LCD displays. This has resulted in a number of benefits: improved brightness with reduced power consumption, as well as a sharper image with a minimum of graininess. In terms of other properties, the “plus” Super AMOLED practically does not differ from the original one (see the relevant paragraph).
