The fitness tracker from the brand Whoop is a high-end wearable gadget. This model comes with a wireless waterproof charging dock, PowerPack, a SuperKnit fabric strap, and the price includes a lifetime warranty, 24/7 support from the company, and a 12-month subscription (enabling the use of software and various branded services, with the option for paid renewal thereafter). It differs from the 5.0 One junior version mainly by offering wireless charging, and from the senior MG Life version by the type of strap and lack of ECG and blood pressure measurement functions.
The Whoop 5.0 Peak bracelet allows you to track various health indicators, including heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature, stress level, and sleep quality. Proprietary algorithms calculate your fitness age and provide recommendations for everyday habits that can enhance your health status. During workouts, besides measuring heart rate, the model logs the number of steps, activity time, approximate calorie consumption, and calculates the VO2 Max cardio fitness level.
Notable features include the absence of a display, support for vibration notifications, high-quality waterproofing with an IP68 rating, and an impressive battery life of up to 14 days from the built-in lithium-ion battery. This high-end fitness tracker stands out for its unique combination of features such as wireless charging, IP68 waterproofing, and fitness algorithms, complemented by long battery life and lifetime warranty.

i bought it to monitor and track my body during intense workouts. Everything they claim in the advertisement about the built-in AI coach is true, but there are nuances. It seems to me that the AI coach (or assistant or program) collects your data and can generate reports on your health, sleep, and activities, but when you start asking it specific questions, it feels like it tries to give template advice. Not always, but too often. Regarding the sensor, it seems like it takes the first 10 minutes to calibrate and (in my opinion) doesn't show completely accurate data. The sensor is also greatly affected by sweat; after half an hour of running, my wrist gets sweaty, and the sensor shows inaccurate data. Changing the wrist solves the issue, but it's annoying. The AI assistant suggests wiping the part of the wrist where the sensor attaches with a cloth, but who runs on a track or at the gym with a towel? Everything else matches the claims. And the subscription, the paid subscription. In my opinion, it should cost half as much. really lightweight, great AI app. accuracy of the device |
