Climb up the deltas
— an isolation exercise (for individual muscles), designed, in accordance with the name, to work out the deltoid muscles. It involves raising the arms (primarily the shoulder part) to the side, through the sides, with additional weights. In simulators for such lifts, a pair of movable stops is usually provided, the rollers of which are located in the middle of the shoulder.
