Horizontal bar

— horizontal bar for performing classic pull-ups (see "Exercises"). In modern simulators, such a projectile can have a different design. The most common option is the traditional horizontal bar, with the ends bent down and coated to prevent slipping of the hands. Such a crossbar allows you to pull yourself up with both a narrow and a wide grip. Another version of the horizontal bar is a pair of separate handles that are not interconnected; they have more limited capabilities and do not always allow the use of a narrow grip. Other design features may be provided — for example, an additional pair of handles perpendicular to the main bar for a corresponding non-standard grip.
