— a distinctive feature of this type of machine is two sets of weight blocks, which are located on the sides of the athlete during training. Cable crossover machines are designed primarily for training both hands at once, but can also be used for one-handed exercise. At the same time, the functionality of such structures may be different. Some models are not inferior to all-in-one machines in terms of the abundance of equipment (see the relevant paragraph), and in terms of capabilities, they can even surpass them — thanks to the presence of two weight blocks.
