High-capacity external SSD (2TB) with USB-C 3.2 Gen2 interface port, capable of Thunderbolt v3. The key feature of this model is the ultra-fast read/write streaming speed of up to 2800/2300 Mbps (only in Thunderbolt 3 mode, which reaches 40 Gbps bandwidth). It has small overall dimensions and moderate weight of a durable magnesium alloy case, it will fit in a small bag or outerwear pocket without any problems.
The Samsung Portable X5 MU-PB2T0B SSD comes with a Thunderbolt v3 USB-C cable and can be used as a laptop/ultrabook expander, which is especially true for Apple MacBook models. Impressively high data transfer speeds ensure fast copying of large and small documents, photos, video content and job files. Supports UASP protocol, can connect to any personal computers, laptops and ultrabooks running Windows 10 or Mac OS (Sierra and higher). Supports strong AES 256-bit encryption of user data to protect commercially valuable business information.
