I killed half a day on this ssd, and did not understand what the problem was. First, I connected it to the first m.2 1xSATA / PCIe 4x slot and the PC refused to see it in every possible way. I climbed in the BIOS, and in the device manager, and downloaded the official drivers, and cleaned the contacts with alcohol, and disconnected all the sata cables. Nothing helped, the disk was not detected and got very hot, but when I moved it to the second m.2 1xPCI-E 4x slot, which does not have a sata subscript, everything worked. I don't even have any idea what the problem is, my motherboard is Gigabyte B560M DS3H V2. High speed It gets very hot and does not work if it is not connected there (I connected it to the desired slot m.2, it is not realistic to confuse it with a Wi-Fi connector). Not a stable price, there are other not bad ssds with a similar price (I bought for 4k, and the next day it fell in price to 3.6k UAH)  Mihail Shapovalov: use Samsung MZ-V8V1T0BW less than month |
In my opinion, it's the most optimal model for the current year. Great capacities with a slight price difference. The higher the capacity, the greater the speed and duration. I took 500 - the most optimal choice. I liked the box design, everything is securely packed, the SSD and manual are included. Installed it in the laptop, the drive is recognized without any issues and is ready to work, matching the claimed specifications. A separate plus - the Samsung Magician software. It allows you to precisely monitor the disk's state, temperature, recording, health, and performance. The only question is about the temperatures, but that's most likely just in my "oven" (my CPU reaches 95 degrees in games). Negatives - it turned out that you cannot install the Samsung Driver NVMe on this particular SSD and will have to use the default one from Microsoft. For some, this might not be an issue, but I don't really trust default drivers. The Samsung Driver NVMe can be installed on any other SSD, but not on this one. You also won't find anything related to drivers or firmware for this model on the website. Secondly, you probably won't be able to update in the app due to the lack of the mentioned driver. Putting in a laptop of these 2 1tb with retail in piv rock, one pid vindusoftigri, the other pid different trash, a robot of satisfaction. The temperature under load is + -70 degrees on that system, and that one is rubbish, it is cold. I fit. Shvidky, crystal disk showing 34432906 in person. not found |
