Good day, friends! I want to share a bit about my experience with this video card. I bought it 2 years ago for 4000 UAH, back then for the money it was almost the best option, and I'll tell you right away that its cost now is extremely unjustified, as for this money you could get a used 1066, which is significantly more powerful... Anyway, in the 2 years of using it, I haven't noticed any downsides, it works stably, the fans are quiet, it maintains a temperature of around 40° at idle, 45° under medium-level tasks, and about 60° in games at 99% load. I overclocked it to 1835 MHz on the GPU and up to 8000 on the memory (temperature measurements were also taken in overclocking mode, so without it, they would be even lower), further overclocking led to artifacts and crashes. At maximum load, it consumes 78 watts, so a powerful PSU is not needed for it, a 500W one would do, but the main thing is that it should be of good quality. As for gaming, it delivers about 200 FPS in CS:GO on average (reaching up to 250) at max settings, around 100 FPS in Fall Guys (max settings), about 80-90 FPS in Dead By Daylight on high, Rainbow Six around 80 FPS (high settings), and in GTA 5 (RP) about 80 FPS at high graphics settings. In general, it's a good video card, practically flaw-free (except for the current price), and if you find it at a reasonable price, go for it, it's worth it. In 2018 it held up well, paired with an i5 7700k, showed good results in 2018 (45-60 fps), and in 2019 this combination lost ground (30-45 fps). In 2020 it’s generally rubbish for xeons (10-30 fps). As for the cost: it is unfairly overpriced. Now the r5 3600 + rx 570 4gb assembly is 2 heads higher than the previous one. Little aristocrat
De jure, the MSI GTX 1050 Ti belongs to the premium line of Gaming X video cards, which stands out for its rich equipment. But de facto, the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti is too cold a graphics chip (less than 75 W) to install a gigantic cooling system on it. The result is something between the simplest single-fan modifications of the GTX 1050 Ti and the older MSI Gaming X models (starting with the GTX 1060).

The MSI GTX 1050 Ti Gaming X 4G cooler consists of an aluminium heatsink, consisting of individual fins, one copper heat pipe (more than that would not be able to contact the tiny GTX 1050 Ti chip anyway) and a pair of fans with TorX twisted blades. However unlike the older MSI Gaming X, the diameter of the fans is not 10, but only 9 cm. Two memory chips are in contact with the cooler base through thermal pads, and two more, like the power circuit mosfets, are blown by fans directly through the fins.
Silence for years
When idle, the MSI GTX 1050 Ti Gaming X 4G turns off the fans completely, which not only reduces PC noise but also prolongs bearing life. With 768 CUDA micro-cores and 4 GB of VRAM, the GTX 1050 Ti allows you to play the latest games at medium graphics settings at FullHD resolution. Projects released a few years ago, including popular multiplayer WoT, Dota 2 and CS:GO, are generally launched on ultras.
