Under the flags of AmazFit, multi-format, but almost always affordable smartwatches are released, the production of which is engaged in the subsidiary brand Huami. If anyone does not know, then the same brand is responsible for the release of the nationwide hit Mi Band. This is where the main difference lies: Mi Band is bought by people who need a simple fitness tracker for sports, and AmazFit products are chosen by those users for whom the appearance of the gadget is no less important than the sensors built into it or the number of supported types of workouts.

To date, there are already quite a lot of devices in the line, they all differ in price and design, but repeat each other when it comes to basic functions. Most AmazFit smartwatches are equipped with a heart rate monitor, accelerometer, pedometer, calorie tracker, sensors for a smart alarm clock and an optional sensor for measuring blood oxygen levels. All of them work in tandem with smartphones, allowing you to display text notifications on the screen. Models with built-in phone modules, like in the Apple Watch, are extremely rare and do not work in our area yet. At the same time, some models a la Amazfit Nexo have a built-in microphone and speaker, with which the watch can receive calls without having to take the smartphone out of your pocket.

But the design can change dramatically from model to model. Some of the company's smartwatches (for example, Amazfit GTS 2 and Bip U Pro) have a rectangular case in the spirit of the Apple Watch. Models like Amazfit Nexo Ceramic and Amazfit GTR 2e got classic round dials. Well, the conditional Amazfit T-Rex or T-Rex Pro with their massive bezel, mechanical buttons and shockproof cases will surely appeal to fans of the Casio G-Shock series. In order not to inflate the price tag too much, all AmazFit models are equipped with removable silicone straps, which the user can optionally replace with something more suitable.

Price tags start at $30 for a simple watch with monochrome displays and can reach $200. In the latter case, we are talking about a fairly serious smartwatch of the AmazFit Stratos 3 and GTR 2 level with a premium appearance, built-in voice assistants and support for the PAI health assessment system.
