Live streaming

— this feature allows user to transmit the image visible by the quadcopter camera in real time – in other words, the operator during such a streaming will see on the screen the same thing that the lens “sees”. This is especially useful for aerial photography and video, but can also be useful for control. And the device to which the video is streamed can record it in parallel with the quadcopter camera or even instead of it.

Note that the specific implementation of this function and the devices used for it may vary. Most often, a smartphone or other similar gadget is used to view images from the camera, often attached directly to the control panel. However, in addition to this, there are remote controls with built-in screens (see “display for FPV streaming”) and even masks similar to virtual reality glasses (see “helmet for FPV streaming”).
