Twister for hose

— a small cyclone-type container (see "Dust collector") mounted directly on the hose of the vacuum cleaner, usually at the junction with the tube. Most often used in vacuum cleaners with a bag. Twister performs several useful functions at once. Firstly, it traps most of the dust and allows you to work longer without cleaning the bag. And cleaning the twister is much easier and faster than shaking out the bag. Secondly, the container on the hose is usually made transparent, which makes it easier to monitor the amount of collected dust. Thirdly, it is easier to get from the twister a small but necessary item (coin, memory card, etc.)accidentally sucked by the unit. Fourth, many vacuum cleaners allow you to work without a bag at all, only with a twister — in some situations, this can be convenient. The disadvantage of this device is that it somewhat impairs the mobility of the hose.
