But in portable and handheld varieties (including handheld industrial units), this type of power supply is used much less often, often in addition to the battery. For robots, in turn, mains power is not indicated in principle: although chargers and docking stations work from sockets, vacuum cleaners themselves use batteries, and it is the latter that is taken into account in this case.Anyway, this type of power is suitable for vacuum cleaners of any power and allows you to work almost unlimited time. In addition, “purely mains” vacuum cleaners are lighter, more compact and inexpensive than their cordless counterparts. The main disadvantages of this option are the dependence on the power mains and the presence of a power cord that limits mobility and can get underfoot. However, for vacuum cleaners of the classical layout (conventional, workshop, etc.), these disadvantages are outweighed by the advantages.
