— nozzles with this function are used to collect dust from small hard surfaces - such as armrests of chairs, picture frames, lampshades, etc. Most of these nozzles look like small round brushes, but there is another variety - devices that are somewhat similar to a smaller option of a combined nozzle (see the relevant paragraph). The second variety is often referred to as furniture nozzles. Some of these accessories have removable bristles and can also be used as nozzles for upholstered furniture.
