Combination nozzle

— a nozzle with this function can be used to clean different types of floor coverings — both smooth (parquet, laminate, linoleum) and fleecy (carpets, paths, carpet, etc.). Therefore, sometimes such nozzles are also called "floor/carpet". This versatility is typically achieved through an adjustable retractable brush design, which extends the bristles for slick floors and retracts for shaggy surfaces. In addition, the nozzle is usually installed on a special swivel mount that allows you to change the angle of its location relative to the pipe — this makes it easier to clean under furniture and in other hard-to-reach places.

Accessories with this function are equipped with almost all conventional vacuum cleaners (see "Product type"), as well as a large number of vacuums for workshop, industrial and upright models.
