For more information about dry cleaning, see the relevant paragraph. And wet cleaning, in this case, refers to all formats of work that involve the use of liquid. A typical example is the use of a washing vacuum cleaner (see "Product type"), but this is not limited to: the wet cleaning function is also found in models that do not belong to washing ones. In such cases, the procedure is most often carried out as follows: water from the tank in the vacuum cleaner is supplied to a special nozzle and moistens the floor after cleaning. In turn, in robots (see "Product type"), an even simpler option is used - the floor mopping mode (see "Robot features"), when the device pulls a damp rag along with it.

Thus, the specific features of wet cleaning may be different they should be specified separately. However, this format of work provides additional benefits that are not available with dry cleaning. Firstly, using a wet method, you can remove traces of dried liquid, dried dirt and other similar contaminants, and there is less ordinary debris after such treatment. Secondly, such processing features refresh the room. Thirdly, dust does not fly into the air from a wet floor, which often rises during dry cleaning. On the other hand, this method is not suitable for all types of surfaces, and vacuum cleaners with a wet cleaning function are noticeably more expensive than similar models with only a dry format.
