Industrial vacuum cleaners are intended for cleaning construction sites, factory floors and other similar objects. Their key feature is the ability to effectively deal with coarse construction debris such as gravel, metal shavings, etc., which is fraught with serious damage for a conventional vacuum cleaner. The full-size variety of industrial units is reminiscent of workshop vacuum cleaners in the layout: a large body with a top-mounted engine, high capacity, and wheels for ease of transportation. In such models, only bags are used as dust collectors, and many industrial vacuum cleaners allow garbage to be collected in a rigid bagless container.
