Washing vacuum cleaners
Washing vacuum cleaners
— vacuum cleaners capable of carrying out washing of floors. This refers to cleaning, in which the unit first sprays detergent onto the floor and then draws it in together with the dirt. This format of work is extremely effective. It allows you to cope not only with dust and debris but also with traces of spilt liquid, dried dirt, etc. At the same time, the use of a vacuum cleaner is much more convenient than the traditional washing of floors with a mop. And if necessary, the unit can work in the usual dry mode. The reverse side of these advantages is the rather high cost of washing vacuum cleaners. The general type of vacuum cleaner from this category theoretically can be anything. However, most units with such capabilities are either conventional or workshop models (see the relevant paragraphs).
Separately, we note that washing vacuum cleaners, by definition, support wet cleaning, but not every unit with the possibility of such cleaning is washing; see "Cleaning type" for details. The same applies to water suction (see "Features").
