The processor focuses on improving the GPU - the updated Dynamic Caching architecture is designed to improve performance in games and professional applications. For the first time among Apple processors, it implements hardware-accelerated ray tracing along with hardware acceleration of mesh shaders (Mesh Shaders). Apple MacBook Pro laptops running M3 Max easily pull the most resource-intensive projects and give solid boost in performance compared to earlier «apple» SoC.
