The processors on it are manufactured using a 5-nanometer process technology.The AMD Zen4 Raphael microarchitecture provides an increase in the number of instructions executed per clock (by about 13% compared to Zen3), in addition, an additional increase in power is provided by an increased clock frequency (up to 5.7 GHz in single-threaded mode). Processors based on this architecture are available in configurations from 6 to 16 cores. They received support for the promising DDR5 memory standard, and the PCI Express bus acquired version 5.0. The newly minted AM5 socket is capable of delivering up to 230W of power.
