The maximum resolution supported by this interface is 1280x1024, which allows you to fully work including with HD image (1280x720); however, more advanced high resolution standards for VGA are not available. Also note that monitor with DVI-I interface can be connected to such an output through simple adapter; but the sound is not transmitted through this output.
