AMD Zen 2 Renoir (4th Gen)
— processors from the fourth generation of chips based on the Zen microarchitecture, one of the first families built on top of Zen 2.The Zen 2 microarchitecture itself was released to the market in 2019 as continuation of the original Zen and Zen+, using smaller 7nm process. In addition, one of the improvements over its predecessors was an increase in the number of instructions per cycle; the Specter vulnerability was also fixed.
