A lens for APS-C matrices, distinguished, firstly, by its versatility (suitable for Canon, Nikon, Minolta, Pentax and Sony systems), and secondly, by its light weight (claimed by the manufacturer as the lightest in its class at the time of release). It has a focal length range of 28-75 mm with a constant aperture of 2.8 throughout the entire range. The minimum aperture is 32 (7 blades).

Usually fast zoom lenses are not used as standard lenses, they are too big and heavy for this. But these problems do not apply to this model. This lens can be used all the time, and with the same fantastic quality on both digital and analogue SLR cameras. The use of combinations of XR, LD elements and aspherical lenses significantly reduces aberrations.
