One of the best "workhorses" (specifically the 24-70 2.8). I use it for weddings and reportage, an excellent all-purpose lens.
The price/quality ratio is the best on the market. Excellent sharpness. The stabilizer allows you to shoot video handheld at 70mm and also helps in photo mode. The design is excellent, reliably made. There is a latch so that the proboscis does not move out. Works great with CA.
The sharpness is slightly inferior to the second version of 24-70 from Canon, but much higher than that of the first and better than that of other 24-70 products on the market.
