Xiaomi has traditionally focused on practical solutions, and the Mi vacuum lineup is no exception. The Xiaomi Mi series in many ways overlaps with Xiaomi’s sub-brand vacuum line called Mijia. In both cases, these are modern, convenient vacuums in either portable or robotic formats. The difference is that Mijia leans more toward robots, while the main Xiaomi Mi lineup looks more balanced.


So, for convenience, the Xiaomi Mi lineup can be divided into two categories. The first includes portable handheld vacuums, the Mi Vacuum Cleaner. For the most part, these are classic 2-in-1 models that can work as a traditional stick vacuum for floors or convert into a compact handheld device for furniture. In terms of specs, most Mi Vacuum Cleaner models offer up to 60 minutes of runtime on a battery, cyclone dustbins with a capacity of around 0.6 liters, and an expanded set of brushes. In addition to dry cleaning, many models also support wet cleaning. The Mi Vacuum range also includes affordable mini handheld vacuums about the size of a regular thermos, with a small dustbin and a battery for up to 30 minutes of work.

Alongside regular vacuums, the Xiaomi Mi series also features affordable robot vacuums, the Mi Robot Vacuum Mop. These are designed for autonomous cleaning (dry and wet), equipped with laser navigation, and support control via a mobile app or voice assistant. The key feature of the series is a vibration module that helps clean surfaces more effectively during wet mopping to remove even the most stubborn stains. Xiaomi Mi robots are also equipped with obstacle sensors and an anti-drop system.
