The eminent German audio brand Sennheiser is one of the few companies that continues to experiment with TV headphones. For example, in the RS series, they produce wireless TV headphones with a separate powerful radio. And in the Set line comes even more outlandish products - the so-called personal monitoring systems, which help solve some of the hearing problems in older people.

Hearing changes and deteriorates with age, and this process happens differently for everyone. Sennheiser's Set wireless headphones allow the listener to customize the sound of the signal to better understand speech or listen to music with the same pleasure, without disturbing the surrounding loud sound.


The whole system consists of a radio transmitter that broadcasts the signal from the TV, and a receiver remote control that receives this signal and transmits it to special headphones. Headphones are connected directly to the remote control. Depending on the model and layout of the room, the radio is capable of transmitting sound without interference and distortion at a distance of up to 70 metres.

Management is as simple and concise as possible: there is a volume control, a choice of audio profiles and a function to improve speech intelligibility. Buttons and indicator lights are specially made large and distinct. Also equipped with an automatic shutdown function when idle, so as not to drain the battery in vain.
