The most basic SLR camera, addressed to beginners in the path of photography. The model replaced the Canon EOS 1300D camera, however, from the cardinal differences from its predecessor, only a new matrix with a resolution of 24 MP was “delivered” to it. In terms of other parameters, the Canon EOS 2000D kit is not far from the role model: a similar old DIGIC 4+ processor is placed at the head of the camera control centre, the autofocus system is 9-point, and the burst shooting speed reaches 3 fps.
The sensitivity range of the camera matrix is measured within 100-12800 ISO. For sighting during the shooting process, it is proposed to use the services of a 3-inch display (unfortunately, it is non-touch and non-rotatable) or an optical viewfinder with a coverage of 95% of the field of the future frame. Full HD video is recorded on a camera with a frequency of up to 30 fps. Additional equipment of the model provides the presence of wireless Wi-Fi and NFC modules for transferring footage "over the air" and remote control of filming. On a single charge of a standard battery, the camera is capable of capturing about 500 shots.

To replace the “thousandth” generation of Canon SLR cameras, two new models were “rolled out” at once: the ultra-low-cost Canon EOS 4000D and the more balanced “working bee” Canon EOS 2000D. We will talk about the latter.
On "automatic"
The model is addressed to those who switch to an “adult” camera from a smartphone or want to capture high-quality shots for a family photo archive without unnecessary gestures. The software assets of the camera include automatic shooting modes and the special programme "Scene Intelligent Mode". In it, the DSLR independently analyzes the shooting conditions and selects the optimal parameters to obtain the best result.
Manual settings
If there is no trust in automation, the photographer always has the right to resort to manual photography settings “M / Av / Tv / P”. Separately, video recording is placed on the shooting mode selector — Canon EOS 2000D records video in FullHD resolution with a frame rate of up to 30 fps. For focus during video recording and photography, a 9-point auto focus system is used. She does not break records for the speed of the “hook” of the filming object, but she handles with direct duties at the proper level without false “passages”.
First plan
A 24 MP matrix with a 1.6x crop factor and a very archaic DIGIC 4+ image processor are installed inside the camera. The range of working ISO of the camera is expectedly inferior to models of a higher rank (you should count on an acceptable result when shooting at ISO up to 1600 units), the DSLR also demonstrates a low rate of fire (3 fps in burst mode). However, the Canon EOS 2000D satisfies the needs of ordinary amateur photographers entirely, even despite the lack of touch controls and a display on a swivel joint. The model comes to the fore with a tasty price tag and advanced communication data, represented by wireless communication modules Wi-Fi and NFC.
