An ultra-low-cost SLR camera, which is essentially a stripped-down version of the Canon EOS 2000D entry-level camera. An archaic “hardware” consisting of an 18 MP image sensor, a Digic 4+ processor and a 9-point automatic focus system was “packed” into the body of the model. With such data, the Canon EOS 4000D kit can shoot RAW photos at a rate of fire up to 3 fps and write videos in FullHD format at a frame rate of up to 30 fps.

The user is provided with an optical viewfinder with a coverage of 95% of the frame field and a 2.7-inch display with a modest resolution of 320x240 pixels (non-touch and fixed). In order to reduce the cost, the model was equipped with a plastic bayonet mount, so when changing optics, special care should be taken so as not to accidentally harm it. Working offline, the camera is able to shoot about 500 photos without power supply from the outside. In this configuration, the SLR camera is equipped with a Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 III kit zoom lens.

Ambiguous camera. Probably even outdated. My first DSLR, I took it for a promotion, I thought it would be enough for me. maybe I'm not a photographer) For a year of use, a lot of jambs got out. The main thing is functionality. So you can’t put many old flashes here, because there is no additional contact. I had to buy an expensive one from kenon. The bayonet of the camera is plastic! This is not a problem, but over time I realized that it is not the best solution, as it is quickly overwritten. There is no connector for a microphone (in the beginning it didn’t matter, but when I started shooting a video, I realized that the standard microphone was not enough. The screen is the most ordinary, not touch-sensitive. The whale lens is also with a plastic mount. Focusing is normal, if through the viewfinder it is fast. You can’t write video with 30 ks in fullhd format, only 25 ks. This is strange, especially considering that almost any phone records 4k. In general, the photos are not bad, I also like the video. But this hacking, it feels like the camera was created for studying at a photo school. Power button built into the scroll roller!Therefore, if you want to change the shooting mode, you inevitably turn off the camera). Everything else is fine. But in the future I will choose my camera more carefully.

I was looking for something affordable, but not to regret it later. And this Canon turned out to be the only option. The camera is made in such a way that it cannot be used professionally. At the same time, it allows you to take good pictures. It is better not to rely on automatic settings. Although in 70-80 cases you may be satisfied with the quality, after some time you will notice the mistakes of automation, and you will want to improve the settings personally. Therefore, it is necessary to learn semi-automatic and fully manual methods of photography. I like it. And of course, I found the best offer for the purchase in the e-catalogue. Thank you.
This is a real SLR for an affordable price, the ability to take decent pictures, unpretentiousness to memory cards, a large selection of spare batteries.
Lack of focus during video recording, not enough controls, exclusive contact group for photoflash, which severely limits the choice of photoflash.
