2019 flagship gaming and overclocking motherboard with AMD AM4 processor socket based on the top X570 chipset. It is positioned as a premium product designed for building high-performance gaming configurations based on 3rd and 2nd generation AMD Ryzen processors. Supports installation of 4, 6, 8 and 12 core Ryzen 3/5/7/9 CPUs (Matisse, Picasso, Pinnacle Ridge cores). Compared to 2018 flagship motherboards based on the AMD X470 chipset, it supports the new PCI-E Gen4 high-speed system bus specification, which doubles the interface bandwidth of leading M.2 SSDs (up to 8 GB / s).
The ASRock X570 Taichi motherboard has a reinforced 14-phase CPU VRM power supply system and fully supports CPU and RAM overclocking, which makes it an interesting acquisition for enthusiasts. A useful feature of this model is the built-in Intel Wi-Fi 6 adapter (dual bands supporting 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards) and the Bluetooth 5.0 module. It has a unique outdoor design with spectacular decorative RGB lighting. It is possible to install up to four DDR4 DIMM modules with a total capacity of up to 128 GB (4x32 GB). Supports installation of three high-performance NVMe SSDs and up to eight SATA3 devices. To output high-quality sound, the top Realtek ALC1220 audio codec with a Hi-Fi amplifier for high-impedance headphones is used.

ASRock X570 Taichi is a richly equipped AM4 motherboard for Ryzen 2000 and 3000 series processors. Its main distinguishing feature is the metal reinforcement of everything and everything: slots for installing video cards, the rear interface panel, connectors for SSDs and even the back side of the printed circuit board. This approach minimizes the risk of overheating of PC components and mechanical damage due to bending.
Reliable circuitry
The power subsystem of the ASRock X570 Taichi processor consists of high-ampere ON Semiconductor mosfets, Premium Power Chokes and Japanese Nichicon 12K Black capacitors. All this together ensures stable operation of the PC even in the case of long peak loads, for example, many hours of final rendering of video projects. Supports DDR4 RAM up to 4400+ MHz.
Card bundles and disk arrays
ASRock X570 Taichi has three full-size PCI-E 4.0 slots for video cards (x16 or x8 + x8 + x4), AMD CrossFire, NVIDIA SLI and NVLink bundles are supported. But at the moment, the PCI-E 4.0 bus is more useful for solid state drives than for video cards. There are three M.2 connectors, all with support for PCI-E 4.0 x4 SSDs (up to 64 Gbps). SATA3 connectors for classic 2.5-inch SSD or 3.5-inch HDD, not many, not few, eight pieces.
Fast Internet by wire and air
The rear interface panel of the ASRock X570 Taichi has audio outputs (including digital S/PDIF), USB ports (including two 3.2 Gen 2 10 Gbps ports), an Intel I211AT Gigabit Ethernet socket, and antenna mounts for the built-in Wi-Fi module. the latest 802.11ax (2.4 Gbps) standard. The video output is a lonely HDMI 2.0, but it is unlikely that many will assemble a PC with a top-end motherboard and a graphics card integrated into the processor. And most striking of all is the fact that ASRock has even more fancy motherboards in its lineup: with two Ethernet controllers and RGB lighting, and with water cooling and Thunderbolt 3 (40 Gbps) ports.
