Equipped with an LGA 1700 processor socket, it is built on the basis of the H670 mid-level system logic, which Intel presented at the beginning of 2022. It belongs to the middle price segment and is positioned as a reliable solution for creating a mid-range gaming system, multifunctional home PC or workstations based on Intel Alder Lake and Raptor Lake hybrid processors.

Equipped with a 9-phase digital power converter based on DrMOS chips, which uses separate chokes and capacitors, and a multi-channel PWM controller is used to control all phases of the power supply. With that in mind, the ASRock H670 PG Riptide is best paired with a Core i5 processor, which many gamers consider to be one of the best processors for gaming. The layout of the device includes 4 slots for DDR4-5000 RAM with support for XMP profiles (maximum capacity 129 GB), three M.2 connectors (some of them work on the PCI-E 4.0 bus) and four classic SATA3 connectors with a bandwidth of 6 Gbps /With. Also on board is an integrated RAID controller that allows you to combine all installed drives into a single disk array. For installing video cards, there are 2 PCI-E slots with support for Crossfire mode.
