The ToughHair series was presented to the public in 2021, so its range can be called modest. In fact, in order not to produce similar models that differ in some small nuances, Thermaltake has released several CBOs of different types.

The ToughAir 310 model is made according to the same patterns as many classic tower coolers, when a massive radiator hangs over the central processor, it is blown by a cooler with a diameter of 120 mm, and a direct contract platform with four heat pipes is used to cool the CPU. With a height of 160 mm, this design effectively removes up to 170 W of heat and at the same time emits a minimum of noise (note: up to 24 dB at peak load).

CBO ToughAir 510 develops these ideas and is designed for the ultimate multi-core A-class processors with heat dissipation up to 200 watts. To do this, it uses a slightly more massive copper-aluminium radiator with asymmetric plates, and a pair of fans with automatic speed control is installed on both sides to blow the structure.

In order to keep up with fashion, Thermaltake has released a compact Top-Flow CBO called ToughAir 110. Unlike massive towers that are placed perpendicular to the processor, ToughAir 110 literally hangs over the processor, at the same time shod the near-socket space with RAM and motherboard power circuits. With a height of just 114mm, ToughAir 110 is ready to cool the heat of processors with a maximum heat dissipation of up to 140W.
