CBOs Riing Silent belong to the mid-upper-mid price segment and are designed for 4 and 6-core processors with an average heat dissipation of 130 to 150 W. Their patrimony is silent gaming and work builds with Ryzen 5/7 and Core i5/i7 caliber processors without serious manual overclocking. All Riing Silent models use the classic design with a heat sink, additional heat pipes and a single fan.

The key feature of the series is a branded spinner of its own production with 11 asymmetric blades and a hydrodynamic bearing, which supports automatic adjustment of rotation speeds and boasts silent operation at minimum and medium speeds. According to the manufacturer, at maximum acceleration, the Riing Silent blades emit a maximum noise level of 22 dB, which is considered more than a worthy result even by the standards of silent components.

Since the line is relatively new (note: the first Riing Silent went on sale in 2018), only 3 CBOs were released under its flags: the regular Riing Silent 12 cooler with single-colour backlighting, the Riing Silent 12 RGB modification with addressable backlighting, and the improved Riing Silent 12 Pro with a modified heatsink, an expanded number of heat pipes and an increased TDP from 150 to 170 watts. All three are equipped with mounts for current processor sockets, including Intel LGA 1200 and AMD AM4.
