Jabra BIZ
Jabra is such a Mercedes in the world of conversational headsets. Typically, manufacturers of these devices focus on offices and call centers, where you need to quickly and democratically equip workplaces with everything you need. Jabra is taking a different path, releasing rather expensive, high-end Jabra BIZ headsets for carriers.

The powerhouse and bestseller of the BIZ series is the Jabra BIZ 2400 II USB Duo headset, crowned in press releases as the pinnacle of Jabra's creation and the best call centre headset. These are very light, comfortable and strong headphones with a high-grade leatherette headband and ear cushions, a reinforced frame, a Kevlar cable and a damn strong microphone boom that you try to break. Plus, they look pretty cool, reminiscent of Sennheiser HD 25 miniature DJ headphones. Yes, and they have the appropriate equipment: the headset comes with a soft carrying case, a clip for fixing the wire on clothing, a special neck mount and ear hooks.
The rest of the BIZ family headsets are made according to the same patterns as the Jabra BIZ 2400 II USB Duo. All representatives of this series are distinguished by their convenience, high quality of speech reception and transmission and use the same technology-improvers. For example, both the smallest BIZ headsets and the most expensive ones use the same Air Shock noise reduction filters and HD Voice technology for speech transmission in a wide range. To connect to a PC, use USB-A or USB-C ports, as well as a proprietary QD connector.
