Bluetooth connection

— the Bluetooth connection has all the characteristic features of a wireless connection: on the one hand, convenience and freedom of movement, on the other hand, the high cost of keyboards and limited battery life. The key advantage of Bluetooth over a radio connection (see "radio") is that many modern devices have built-in Bluetooth modules. In particular, such modules are practically mandatory for laptops and tablets, and they are often found in PCs. Thus, to connect the keyboard to such a device, you do not need any additional adapters occupying USB ports (an adapter is needed only for a computer without Bluetooth). In this case, the communication range is usually about 10 m; this is less than over the air, but it is sufficient for most cases.
