— in full accordance with the name, such a keyboard can be bent if desired, and many models can even be folded into a tube. This greatly simplifies transportation, especially if you need to stuff the keyboard into a backpack / bag with an abundance of other things. Also note that flexible models often have a sealed rubber housing that is resistant to moisture (although this needs to be specified separately). Their main drawback is the specific response of the keys, which may take some getting used to; in addition, for a number of reasons, such keyboards are almost never made full-size.
