Gasket Mount (noise absorption)

Gasket Mount often provides a more even, less ringing sound and reduces unwanted resonances, and makes keystrokes feel softer compared to rigid mounting systems, although fans of a very firm setup might find it excessively springy. A practical example is a keyboard suitable for typing and nighttime gaming sessions, where keeping noise down and avoiding case resonance are important.
