Keep in mind - the cooler is just really huge. So it won't fit in every case. There could also be issues with memory modules. But if everything fits without problems, you will never regret the purchase. After installation, my Core i7 3770k processor has never exceeded 55 degrees under load. Cools like a charm. Excellent build quality. Wonderful package, which includes two luxurious fans and even a screwdriver. In my case, two fans are excessive, but I installed them out of interest to try them out. Even then, there's no noise. In the end, I left one 120mm, and placed the small one on the chassis, replacing a simpler model that was previously installed there.
